職責(zé)描述：
1、協(xié)助中方教育總監(jiān)，帶領(lǐng)中外籍教師團(tuán)隊(duì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)a-level課程體系在國(guó)際部、國(guó)際學(xué)校的搭建工作；reporting to the education ceo, leading the faculties, to set up the igcse&a-level curriculum system in the international department and up-coming international school;
2、根據(jù)中國(guó)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)模式、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣及學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)，因材施教，管理教學(xué)教研團(tuán)隊(duì)，保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量；familiar with the chinese students, knowing the way they learning，thinking and behaving; implementing teaching based on their foundation; managing the faculties and reaching team to ensure the teaching&learning quality;
3、參與中外籍教師招聘、管理學(xué)校日常的教學(xué)工作，完成學(xué)校的安排的教學(xué)任務(wù)；
recruiting foreign and bi-lingual teachers, managing the daily teaching in the school, working also as a teacher to finish the task delivered by the school;
4、配合中方校長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行招生活動(dòng)的宣傳和推廣；coordinating the chinese native principal to do the promotion and the related activities which will help the student recruitment.
任職要求：
1、3年以上a-level課程授課經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解ap課程；
at least 3 years hands on experience on a-level teaching, also get some knowledge of the ap teaching;
2、3年以上國(guó)內(nèi)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉中國(guó)高中階段學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和思考方式；
at least 3 years working experience in china, familiar with the habit of learning and thinking which chinese high school students get;
3、3年以上雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校教學(xué)教研團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
at least 3 years of management experience on a bi-lingual teaching&researching team;
4、本科以上學(xué)歷背景；university graduated, bachelor’s degree or above
5、40-50歲，來(lái)自英文母語(yǔ)國(guó)家;native speakers of english, age between 40-50;
6、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、抗壓力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力俱佳。leadership, teamwork,work under pressure.
