職位描述：
responsibilities:
? support business growth by providing proper funding through both onshore and offshore lenders
? perform cash and funding management through monitoring cash positioning; payment processing control; cash flow forecasting and reporting and ensure compliance with internal treasury policy
? monitor and communicate regulatory changes and their impact on the business to management and ensure compliance with external regulations
? participate in the company’s interest and fx management
? prepare material for monthly alco meeting
? maintain effective relationships with external lender and internal customers
? perform other related duties as assigned by management
qualifications:
? at least 5+years of treasury experience with multinational corporates or finance company
? understand of the chinese banking industry a, experienced with off-shore capital market is preferred
? familiar with regulatory environment and related regulations (safe, pboc, ndrc)
? experience with financial derivatives is highly preferred
? excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, high level of integrity, ability to work well under pressure, quick learner, self-motivator, results-oriented, and a team player
? experience with treasury systems is required.
? fluency in spoken and written mandarin and english
