根據(jù)公司運營需要，建立和檢測kpis. establish and monitor performance kpis per the needs of operations.
建立數(shù)據(jù)管理的制度 design fcs data governance policy
建立日常數(shù)據(jù)審核和監(jiān)控的操作指引，確保數(shù)據(jù)的一致性和正確性 refine daily data maintenance and monitoring process, to ensure data integrity and accuracy
教育背景: 計算機相關專業(yè)本科學歷及以上
經(jīng)驗及技能
具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析與溝通能力，和良好的團隊合作精神
5年以上金融服務行業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)管理經(jīng)驗及相關業(yè)務和產(chǎn)品知識
開發(fā)和完善數(shù)據(jù)庫及數(shù)據(jù)庫管理標準流程及業(yè)務實踐的能力
