Job Title: Business Intelligence Development EngineerReport To: Digital Business Intelligence SupervisorDirect Reports: NA Mission:？ The mission of Business Intelligence Development Engineer is to play a key role for developing an enterprise BI reporting solution. Implementation and applying the business intelligence tools to meet business development requirements, contribute to efficiency, automation and reach the digitalization.Major Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Provide analytics solutions in China Customer center in an agile manner based on Power BI, SQL Server and other platforms. Create opportunities to reuse the same report/data environment across multiple solutions· Responsible for extracting, transforming and loading data from enterprise system, like SAP HANA, C4C, etc.· Incorporates end user requests and requirements to build data warehouse, and design fact tables and dimension tables, writes SQL procedure.· Using Power BI to develop visual reports and dashboards.· Timely solve problems in ETL operation and continue to optimize to guarantee the system normal operation· Participate in other data development projects of the company, explore application scenarios combined with data platform and participate in implementation.· Cooperate with Global IT security team and network team to review local applications and data warehouse which are in line with company IT security policy. Candidate Profile: EducationWith a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a major university, preferably Information Technology, or have had similar competence thorough working experience.ExperienceAt least 2 years of Business intelligence, data warehouse and data analysis experienceKnowledgeProficient in one major database management systems (DBMS and SQL, SAP HANA)Familiar with at least one ETL tool, such as SSIS (preferred), Kettle, DataStage, Control-M, etc.Familiar with at least one major front-end BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlickview, etc.)Familiar with ERP, CRM system, like SAP, C4C, etc.Experience with statistical packages such as Power BI, SAS, R, Python, etc. a plusLanguageWriting and speaking skills in both Chinese and EnglishSkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel,AttributesOpenness to new ideas, inclusion
