Key Responsibilities Guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout Build an understanding of each family’s needs and interests throughout the Parent Experience Journey Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on ‘closing’ towards the next step Ensure that the school’s brand and core messages are integrated throughout the Purchase process Support the Head of Admissions throughout the re-enrolment process to optimize the retention of existing students and families Ensure the school’s admissions processes adhere to any group policies and local market regulations Manage data capture and lead management through iSAMs currently and our CRM system when this launches Provide appropriate feedback and best practice share to other members of the Admissions and wider school team Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate Implement NAE brand and campaign materials in the school Support the Regional and Central Digital Marketing team to optimize the development of the website and demonstrate leadership for the school at every stage of the parent online research journey Develop a content strategy for the school and an ongoing pipeline of content that can be used year-round to inspire, engage and inform all relevant internal external stakeholders including parents, students, staff and alumni Execute the school content strategy across all school communication channels including News and social Media Develop the photography and videography repository for the school, ensuring the highest standards are adhered to in line with global guidelines and school aesthetic quality Build the school online community through social media, driving both followers and engagement(share and comments) Ensure that all current parents and kept up to date on school news and information Working with the School MAC Leader, lead the PR and media strategy for the school Organize and arrange external activities of the school, such as school open day, exhibitions and etc.主要職責(zé): 引導(dǎo)家長和學(xué)生完成招生過程,使其積極、直接且引人入勝 在整個(gè)家長體驗(yàn)之旅中了解每個(gè)家庭的需求和興趣 推進(jìn)每一個(gè)招生階段的程序,對每一個(gè)流程的結(jié)束予以關(guān)注 確保學(xué)校的品牌和核心信息在整個(gè)招生過程中給予體現(xiàn) 在整個(gè)重新招生過程中支持招生負(fù)責(zé)人,以優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有學(xué)生,提高留校率 確保學(xué)校的招生流程遵守任何團(tuán)體政策和當(dāng)?shù)厥袌龇ㄒ?guī) 通過 iSAMs 和 CRM 系統(tǒng)管理數(shù)據(jù)采集和潛在客戶管理 向招生和其他學(xué)校團(tuán)隊(duì)的其他成員提供適當(dāng)?shù)姆答伜桶咐窒? 合理使用工具包和程序,采取積極主動的個(gè)人發(fā)展規(guī)劃 學(xué)校內(nèi)部活動及材料實(shí)施按照NAE品牌要求。 支持區(qū)域和數(shù)字營銷團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)化學(xué)校網(wǎng)站,在家長在線搜索的每個(gè)階段為學(xué)校展現(xiàn)良好風(fēng)貌及形象。 制定學(xué)校全年市場內(nèi)容及活動戰(zhàn)略,并建立及開發(fā)持續(xù)的拓寬渠道,激勵、吸引和通知所有相關(guān)的人員,包括家長、學(xué)生、員工和校友。 制定學(xué)校全年的在傳播渠道的內(nèi)容策略,包括新聞,社交媒體及新媒體。 為學(xué)校開發(fā)攝影和錄像庫,確保輸出的內(nèi)容按照NAE指導(dǎo)方針及要求,高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高質(zhì)量。通過社交媒體建立學(xué)校的在線社區(qū),提高關(guān)注者和參與度(分享和評論)。 確保所有家長及時(shí)了解學(xué)校的新聞和信息。 與學(xué)校市場招生負(fù)責(zé)人合作,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)校的公關(guān)和媒體策略。 組織安排學(xué)校的對外活動,例如學(xué)校招生活動,展會等。The ideal that candidate will be/have: Bachelor’s Degree and above Minimum 3-4 years working in a marketing team/environment (agency or client side) Good cross-cultural, interpersonal
