職責(zé)描述：
? Effectively manage the project in respect of quality and turn-around-time as the owner of the Advance Investigation Projects.
? Understand the customer need and application background, develop the laboratory test program, interpret lab test results, and edit and release the final report in compliance with company in-house guidelines and processes. Sequence further explained.
? Communicate with requestors (EM internal users) in Asia Pacific to understand their questions and concerns prior to project initiation,
? Design optimal test slates to address requestor’s demand.
? Work with technicians and prioritize work to complete basic analytical tests. Coordinate with third party labs when external testing is required.
? Collect all testing results, including advanced analysis and other testing. Analyze the results and data as well as the customer application information to draw a conclusion to requestor’s questions or concerns.
? Write the comprehensive final report for the project including background, all analysis as well as a conclusion to answer requestor’s questions or concerns on their in-service lubricant.
? Reviews final project reports developed by other IACs to ensure report accuracy and quality consistency.
? Collect satisfaction feedback from requestors for project closure.
? Conduct analytical and bench performance tests as back up of lab technicians.
? Participate in periodic meetings with EM central labs to provide activity update and foster best practices between labs.
? Manage inventory of product, conduct equipment maintenance/calibration programs, and ensure test data traceability per EM quality processes.
任職要求：
? Bachelor degree or above in chemical relevant majors.
? Solid experience in machinery failure analysis and problem solving techniques.
? Working knowledge of advanced analytical techniques.
? Ability to keep abreast of, and advise management of laboratory requirements.
? Expert knowledge of analytical methods and instrumentation used in all laboratory areas, and the ability to pass this knowledge on to others.
? Good leadership skills with at least 3 years’ experience at other laboratories are preferred.
? Ability to liaise with supplier representatives and keep abreast of latest analytical technology.
? Motivation, adaptability, and strong commitment to quality, integrity and safety.
? English language skill especially written skill.
