Job specification: ? Proactively engage with all supply chain function stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge; ? Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams; ? Provide consulting services, communicate and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business requirements of various supply chain function, refine requirements and translation requirements into IT technical solutions; ? Act as IT subject matter expert in multi projects of Supply Chain. Be in charge of the IT relevant tasks and work streams. ? Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of Nike project methodology; ? Understand and assist Nike China business on project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions. ? Effectively communicate with both Nike China Supply China function team and GC GOALTech. Work closely with engineering team, production support, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech Team. ? Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable. Key qualification: ? Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant. ? 3-5 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role ? Consumer order management project experience is preferred. ? Basic IT application architecture knowledge ? Project management working experience is preferred. ? Understand agile methodology. ? Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus ? Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English. ? Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill. ? Multi-tasker.
