position description: the smart solution validation and quality assurance is an exciting position that will require an entrepreneurial spirit to develop new biz model & solutions in support of a growing business. the solution validation and quality assurance responsibilities include: 1. solution validation: review partner test report, translate solution request and create appropriate test case & test criteria, and setup test environment to make lenovo-audit-qualification, procure necessary test tools for solution qualification, to ensure solution qualification can address real customer scenario requests. 2. solution quality management: establish the solution quality management process, ensure the e2e process quality management, identify quality management activities. give the judgment before solution launch, take charge of solution quality performance. 3. solution quality standard and issue tracking during life cycle: solution quality standard to ensure solution operates reliably and can be deployed at scale. work with service team and other team to track customer feedback and issues to make improvement proposals into new generation solution design. 4. solution service readiness supporting: identify potential risk based real customer site scenario from quality perspective, support service delivery team on deployment guideline design & validation, release tips to service and sales team. 5. solution design readiness supporting: audit partner solution architecture & detail design, validate new partner overall technical capability, verification & validation capability, qualify management, etc. position requirements: 1. bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of smart solution experience. 2. 3+ years of quality management or solution test experience. 3. high priority if have 3+ years of experience in solution validation. 4. high priority if have experience with solution/platform development. 5. better understand about advanced knowledge in smart solution industry. 6. excellent written and spoken language skills in english.
