MISSION:
? The HR specialist is responsible for the HR affairs and assigned work by HRD/HRBP.
人力資源專家負(fù)責(zé)人力資源事務(wù)和HRD/HRBP分配的工作。
? Her/His missions are: To ensure HR affairs processed smoothly; To ensure confident communicate with a strong sense of service and retain a focused, down-to-earth professional approach in a teamwork environment; To take part in continuous improvement activities in HR Department.
任務(wù)包括: 確保人力資源事務(wù)順利進(jìn)行;在團(tuán)隊(duì)工作環(huán)境中,以強(qiáng)烈的服務(wù)意識(shí)進(jìn)行自信的溝通,并保持專注、腳踏實(shí)地的專業(yè)態(tài)度;參與人力資源部門的持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動(dòng)。
POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:
? Talent development: Assist HRD in providing talent analysis and recommendations; partner with business team to assist HRD in identifying key position, key person, ensure succession plans, talent development plans, retention plans are in place to meet business needs. Shape the learning culture through implementing all kinds of learning programs, activities, initiatives; Works together with business to develop the skill matrix for key positions, identifies gaps and prepares development plans.
人才發(fā)展: 協(xié)助HRD提供人才分析和建議;與業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,協(xié)助HRD確定關(guān)鍵職位、關(guān)鍵人員,確保制定繼任計(jì)劃、人才發(fā)展計(jì)劃和留用計(jì)劃,以滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求。通過實(shí)施各種學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃、活動(dòng)和倡議,塑造學(xué)習(xí)文化;與業(yè)務(wù)部門合作,定期回顧關(guān)鍵職位的技能矩陣,找出差距,編制發(fā)展計(jì)劃。
? Recruiting: Partner with TA to acquire talent to fill vacancies and meet future business needs. Assist in recruiting as required.
招聘:與 TA合作,獲取人才以填補(bǔ)空缺,滿足未來業(yè)務(wù)需求。根據(jù)要求進(jìn)行協(xié)助招聘。
? Employee relationship: Answer questions for employees about policies and regulations involving human resources. Submission of human resources-related government documents.
員工關(guān)系:為員工解答涉及人力資源的政策和規(guī)定。人力資源相關(guān)政府文件的提報(bào)。
? Other: Related work assigned by HRD/HRBP.
其他:HRD或HRBP指派的其他相關(guān)工作。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree is required, with a degree in Human Resources related field.
學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
? Above 3 years’ HR experience in MNC.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:3 年以上跨國公司人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? Good business English skills
語言要求:良好的商務(wù)英語能力
REQUIREMENT LEVEL DEFINITION
? Level 1: is capable with lead by others
? Level 2: is capable with support by others
? Level 3: is capable independently
? Level 4: is capable of coaching others
? Level 5: is capable of inventing or defining new rules
