Responsibilities: Effective understanding of relevant sales and shipping contracts. Timely and accurate maintenance of contract terms in relevant systems (SAP? Commodity Management). Timely co-ordination of all pre-shipment sales activities with customers, sites, and service providers including obtaining any necessary approvals (eg. EDNs). Timely appointment of WSMD supervisors for each shipment. Efficient preparation, issuance and maintenance (including public holidays if necessary) of all commercial and logistic documentation accurately and in accordance with contract terms. Pro-actively monitor all receipts /payments to avoid any delays. Finalize all sales and shipment administration through timely assay exchanges, appointment of umpires (as needed), and lay time calculations. On-time delivery of all cash flow and sales forecast data. Integrity of all sales data to enable timely period-end reporting.
