KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop in-store activation programs for yearly biz target with KPI setting and tracking.
Lead and drive the cross-functional communication for alignment and execution.
Support regional teams to initiate, communicate and implement the activations upon local priorities and demands.
Coach and inspire team with creative ideas and open mindset.
Work with NTP to manage agencies on planning, execution
