法務(wù)顧問 Legal Counsel
崗位職責(zé)：
1. Draft/revise/review all kinds of agreements and other legal documents;
2. Provide legal advices to Business Segment for special business model or project;
3. Assist HR team to handle labor disputes;
4. Deliver compliance trainings to employees;
5. Work with external lawyer to handle litigation and arbitration.
6. Work with headquarter function team to implement global policy.

崗位要求：
1. PRC bar certificate is a must;
2. fluent English both in oral or written;
3. Major in Law with education from law school;
4. More than 3 years related working experience in law firm or multinational company;
5. Good communication skills and team player.

薪資福利：薪資15~18K（稅前）
