PMT APAC HSE Engineer Join an organization that demonstrates a proactive Health, Safety and Envi Management system, combined with strong employee engagement and environment that foster continuous improvement. You will be a key professional in the Health Safety Environment (HSE) function. You will ensure successful HSE performance metrics for the Honeywell PMT APAC ISC and OLRS sites. You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with the employees at the site. You will be a key HSE resource with the regional leadership team including site HSE, site leader and all other associated functions implementing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of lead practices in health and safety standards Key Responsibilities ? Support on facilitating standard MOS ? Responsible for data analysis from region and potential improving actions for ensure excellent performance ? Partner with sites on deliver quality data analysis and reports to enable safety performance excellence ? Responsible for Regulation emerging in region, and drive the MOS of compliance within region ? Copartner with site on compliance and risk reduction ? Coordinate and drive the standard in sites with alignment with PMT global ? Work with regional leader for effective escalation, and enabling risk reduction JOB ACTIVITIES YOU MUST HAVE ? Bachelor’s Degree or above in engineering or associated Health, Safety and Environmental ? Strong leadership skill and influence skill ? Familiarity with Safety, Environmental and Health process ? Six Sigma or lean Certification ? Good Microsoft Office skills ? Good English communication
