The candidate should be skillful at business requirement grooming and analyzing. Be good at business communication, business scenarios design, business problems transformation, application delivery, and so on. 4. The candidate should have fundamental project management experience, could lead a small team up to 3-5 team members. 5. Good communication skills and team worker. 6. Has 3 years working experience in AI domain. Required Skills 1. Deep dive in data science and algorithm engineering. Be able to complete business data understanding and insight, data preprocess, feature engineering, algorithm design and implementation, model evaluation and optimization, model serving and so on. 2. Master popular machine learning algorithms and objective optimization algorithms and experienced in applying them to resolve various industrial problems. 3. Be proficient and has practical experience in natural language processing or computer vision, ever successfully delivered 2-5 customer projects. 4. Has deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, recurrent neural networks, transformers, BERT, GPT, or others.). 5. Or has solid experience in computer vision algorithm, framework, tools or pre-trained models like image classification, object detection, and image segmentation, OpenCV, CNN, ResNet, MobileNet. Have basic knowledge in data augmentation.
