崗位職責(zé)：
1. 根據(jù) SPiCE（ISO/IEC 15504 TR）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)改進(jìn)Preh研發(fā)流程。
Enhancement of the Preh Development Process (PDP) in accordance to SPiCE (ISO /IEC15504 TR)
2. 根據(jù)Preh研發(fā)流程執(zhí)行里程杯驗收。
Checking milestone acceptances in according to PDP for running projects
3. 研究、優(yōu)化與流程相關(guān)的工具鏈。
Development of the Process related Toolchain
4. 收集、創(chuàng)建經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)并在項目中應(yīng)用。
Lessens learn creation and apply into projects
5. 收集、創(chuàng)建設(shè)計指南并在項目中應(yīng)用。
Design guideline creation and apply into projects
6. 持續(xù)改進(jìn)過程、環(huán)境和方法。
Continue improvement of process, environment , methods
崗位要求：
1. 熟悉結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)流程。
Familiar with Machnical development process.
2. 熟悉設(shè)計失效模式與效應(yīng)分析 (DFMEA)。
Familiar with DFMEA.
3. 熟悉汽車行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) (如SPICE, CMMI, ISO/IEC 15504 和 ISO 26262等)，熟悉 IATF16949 為加分項。
Familiar with automotive industry standards (SPICE, CMMI, ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO26262, IATF16949 is a plus)
4. 具備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計知識。
Have knowledge about Mechanical Design.
5. 具有良好的問題解決和風(fēng)險管理能力。
Good at problem solving and risk management.
6. 精通 MS-Office 工具。
Very good MS-Office tools knowledge
7. 具有 V 模型開發(fā)流程的經(jīng)驗。
Experience with ‘V’ model development process
8. 具備培訓(xùn)、演講和溝通技巧，在團(tuán)隊合作方面表現(xiàn)出色。

機(jī)械設(shè)計或車輛工程專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical design or vehicle engineering background
2年相關(guān)的汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
Above 2 years experiences in automotive SW/HW/Mechanical design
