崗位職責(zé)：

• Work with students from ages 3-6
  
• Communicating vision, values, concerns, problems and other work related issues between the foreign staff and the Chinese staff at the kindergarten
  
• Communicating learning objectives, behavior issues, and other academic related concerns between foreign staff and parents
  
• Communicating teacher performance evaluations, teacher development, and teacher related issues between the director of English and the Chinese principal of the kindergarten
  
• Support the director of English in his job by providing assistance with administrative duties
  
• Coordinate meetings, observations, and other school related events on behalf of the director of English
  
• Purchasing teaching materials, office materials, school curriculum, and following through with the school’s reimbursement process
  
• Assist teachers under the supervision of the director of English in preparing teaching aids, arranging activities, and managing students.
  
• Translating both oral and written teacher-parent communication
  
• Translating schedules, calendars, event notices, policies, and other administration related communication
• Take an active role in planning, organizing, and conducting school events
• Take an active role in meetings and professional development meetings
  
• Promote our school values of Character, Confidence, Health and Joy
  
• Collaborate with teachers to develop professional skills in teaching methodologies
  
• Serve as a substitute teacher when needed
  

任職要求：（Qualification）

• Advanced English Language Skills
  
• Teacher Qualification Certificate
• Degree from an accredited higher education institution
  
• Evidence of current relevant professional skills
  
• Digitally literate and proficient with Microsoft Office

工資福利待遇：

按照實(shí)習(xí)生待遇發(fā)放實(shí)習(xí)工資。

提供早午工作餐。

工作時(shí)間：

周一至周五：7:30am-4:30pm；周末雙休；法定節(jié)假日。
