工作職責： 1. 支持生產運營，編寫維護裝配工藝。 Support manufacturing operations; develop and maintain assembly process documentation. 2. 建立及持續(xù)改善生產制造流程，研究標準工時及改善線平衡率。 Establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes; define standard time and optimize line balance rate. 3. 分析產線問題，提供解決措施和預防措施。 Analyze production line issues; develop corrective actions and preventive actions. 4. 支持新產品導入，推動DFx改善以提高產品可制造性。 Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs; drive DFx improvements to enhance product manufacturability. 5. 導入裝配工裝治具和設備。 Introduce assembly fixtures, tools and equipment. 6. 跟進管理層指派的專項。 Follow up on special projects assigned by management. 崗位要求： 1. 五年以上大型電子制造業(yè)ME相關工作經驗。 Minimum 5 years of ME experience in electronics manufacturing. 2. 有效的問題解決能力，有意愿和能力應對多種產品和工作任務; Strong problem-solving skills, with the willingness and ability to handle multiple products and assigned tasks. 3. 學習能力和抗壓能力強; Excellent learning agility and strong stress resistance. 4. 熟練掌握英語口語和書寫; Proficient in both spoken and written English. 5. 具備豐富的流程改善與項目管理經驗; Extensive experience in process improvement and project management. 6. 機械，工業(yè)工程等工科專業(yè)背景。 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
