崗位職責(zé)：
1.Draft TPM1 work instruction and update TPM1指導(dǎo)書編制及更新
2.TPM2/TPM3 work instruction update TPM2/3作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書編制及更新
3.TPM acting organization and tracking report 組織每次TPM的實施，并提供相應(yīng)的報告
4.TPM training 組織相關(guān)的TPM知識培訓(xùn)
5.Deeply clean organization and tracking 深度清潔組織：計劃/實施/遺留問題后續(xù)狀態(tài)跟蹤
6.All maintenance actions plan collection and tracking 維修部全部行動計劃匯總及狀態(tài)跟蹤
7.Spare parts processing follow up and tracking for new project 對新設(shè)備的備件采購及跟蹤
8、Update the reasonable stock of spare parts （Maximum and minimum inventory） 更新備件的合理庫存量(***、最低庫存量)

崗位要求：
5 years above maintenance management working experience in automotive business
5年以上汽車行業(yè)制造工程行業(yè)設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗。
bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.
大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，工程機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)
Familiar with FANUC CNC working principles and operation
熟悉發(fā)那科數(shù)控系統(tǒng)工作原理及操作方法
Familiar with common mechanical transmission principles and trouble shooting for the components.
熟悉常見機(jī)械傳動件原理及故障處理方法
Know common equipment principles and keypoint, make WI and SOP.
掌握生產(chǎn)設(shè)備狀態(tài)和分析方法，掌握設(shè)備的原理和維修要點，能制定有效的指導(dǎo)文件和說明。
Knowhow of hydraulic electrical lubrication and penumatic principle
了解液壓 電氣 潤滑和氣動原理
Familiar with common component, and have ability for selection and making spare part. Have knowledge of acceptance and cost saving.
熟悉常見品牌部件和備件的作用和性能，能夠進(jìn)行選型并制定和更新備件清單，掌握備件的驗收和質(zhì)量知識并控制備件成本。
