New Client Pool Management: Manage the open client pool to clearly define lead status and competitive information, determine new signing scale targets and BML status. 2. New Signing Strategy Development: Identify high-quality merchants who can contribute more transaction volume and better meet consumer needs through strategic analysis, thereby improving new signing effectiveness within a limited time frame. 3. New Signing Strategy Operations: Optimize BD (Business Development) signing and visiting processes and perform data cleansing to enhance BD efficiency in acquiring new merchants.
