Job Description Summary
The Lifecycle Support Engineer_CSO(LSE) will be responsible for daily CSO team coordination. The LSE will support CSO customer issues investigation and quality projects execution by technical expertise, data analysis, and project management skills.
85LSE角色—是解決售后部門無法解決的問題，是比售后技術(shù)更高一級的解決問題的角色
85工作內(nèi)容：主要解決歐洲市場的客戶問題，產(chǎn)品是MR磁共振
85對人選期望：
（1）學(xué)習(xí)能力、解決問題能力要強(qiáng)（因為LSE是比售后更高一級的解決問題的角色）
（2）崗位主要支持歐洲，所以英語口語要流利
（3）具有一定數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，對問題分析、總結(jié)歸納
（4）性格要開朗，會有很多溝通性工作
（5）必須工科專業(yè)，比如生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、醫(yī)學(xué)影像、電子工程、計算機(jī)、自動化、機(jī)械等
（6）可接受生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、醫(yī)學(xué)影像工程等應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生；其他專業(yè)應(yīng)屆生可接受有醫(yī)療設(shè)備實(shí)習(xí)或者項目經(jīng)驗的人選
Job Description
85Work with cross function team for CSO case investigations.
85Lead CSO data analysis and database maintenance, identify and summarize the common issues to support quality project funnel.
85Support quality project execution, evaluate the IB impact and drive proper communications and actions.
85Support Lifecycle team daily operations, ensure proper administration and maintenance of Lifecycle team facilities.

Required Qualifications
85Biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, compute engineering or related field.
85Customer orientated, self motivated, learn quickly and adapt new knowledge.
85Data analysis skills, ability to deep dive data for a solution.
85Effective communication skill with ability to explain complex technical issues.
85Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
80Preferred Qualifications
85Proven experience in quality and project management.
85Prior experience in MR system service, design or technical support.
85Demonstrated skills on issue trouble shooting, resolution, impact evaluation and counter measure definition.
