1. 負責維護客戶合作關系，做好各項服務工作，包括但不限于協(xié)助客戶辦理投保、理賠、保全等手續(xù)；Responsible for developing strong relationship with customers and providing various service work, including but not limited to assisting customers in renewal, claims, adjustment and other procedures;
2. 處理客戶投訴，及時解決糾紛，維護公司形象；Handle customer complaints, resolve disputes in a timely manner, and maintain the company's image;
3. 建立維護客戶或經(jīng)紀公司合作關系，推進合作業(yè)務進程；Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients or brokers, and promote the progress of cooperative business;
4. 積極開展職域業(yè)務，挖掘客戶需求，開發(fā)和積累客戶資源；Actively carry out worksite business, explore customer needs, develop and accumulate customer resources;
5. 完成公司及部門交辦的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department.
