This role involves ensuring that the mechanical equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliant with industry standards, supporting the overall productivity and safety of mining activities. * Conduct routine inspection, maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment ? Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues ? Ensure compliance with safety regulations ? Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs ? Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimise downtime ? Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities ? Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings ? Train and supervise maintenance staff ? Perform other duties as assigned by management
