Partner Evaluation: Participate in partner layer management by evaluating partners based on business metrics (e.g., on-time rate, cancellation rate) to identify top-performing and underperforming partners. 2. Underperforming Partner Management: Analyze operational data to identify issues with underperforming partners, drive improvements through actions such as warnging or termination, ensure compliance with performance standards, and regularly monitor results to ensure the effectiveness of strategies. 崗位基本需求 1. Proficient in data analysis tools and capable of conducting data analysis in business scenarios. 2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and curious about the business with a strong willingness to learn. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with prior experience in multi-party project collaboration being a plus. 4.
