崗位職責(zé):
? Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision.
? Execute daily onboarding with supervision by guiding suppliers, managing program's progress, and resolving onboarding roadblocks through collaboration with THD functional groups and US counterparts to enhance speed to market.
? Identify and escalate potential risks in daily operations with supervision to the management team and US counterparts.
? Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to build out Private Brand and direct import product offerings in designated merchandising area.
? Support PDMs/Merchants in daily onboarding activities.
? Identify opportunities for improvement in onboarding process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work.
任職要求:
? Detail-oriented
? Relationship building across functions
? Experience using complex project management / software systems is preferred
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (BI tool skill is a plus, such as Power BI, Tableau).
? Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
? Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Bachelor degree and above with 2 years working experience.
