職位描述：
１.Control and monitor NPI project progress, manage NPI expenses and time lines, lead sub-team fulfill new projects requirements in each milestone according to BSH PEP procedure.

２.Leading and drive factory internal improvement project implementation towards fulfill factory quality, cost and delivery business requirement.
主導和工廠內(nèi)部項目的實施與管理以滿足工廠在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，成本控制以及交付的業(yè)務(wù)需求
３.Drive the assessment of the whole project implementation from production module, including the technical concept, investment, project approval, implementation, release and SOP within the defined project milestone.
在工廠主導和推動項目的全流程評審與實施，包括生產(chǎn)制造的方案，投資，項目審批，實施，放行以及量產(chǎn)等
４.Liaise with global project manager to keep efficient network with FDCx and central functions to drive the project implementation from local

推動項目中Risk assessment, DFMA, FOL, LLD 等PGL以及相關(guān)IE工具在新產(chǎn)品項目以及工廠項目中的有效實施

職位要求：
１.Colleage degree or above in science and engineering
理工科專業(yè)本科以上
２.５years above Process or manufacturing engineering experience.
5年以上工藝或制造工程經(jīng)驗。
3．3 years above Process/MAE project experience.
3年以上工藝/MAE項目經(jīng)驗。
4．Good English communication skills.
良好的英文溝通能力
