3. Prepare training materials and make fragmentation training and monthly paper test for evaluation 培訓材料準備/實施碎片化培訓/月度測評
4. Repeated failure root cause analysis and make actions plan 重復故障的分析及行動計劃
5. Long downtime root cause analysis and make actions plan 長時間停機的分析及行動計劃
6. Draft TPM work instructions and audit files TPM作業(yè)指導書及審核文件的編制
7. Draft technical specification for new project
對新設(shè)備技術(shù)協(xié)議的起草及擬定

崗位要求：
5 years above maintenance management working experience in automotive industry
5年以上汽車部件制造行業(yè)的設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗
Good command of FANUC robot troubleshooting and daily maintenance
精通 FANUC機器人的故障處理及日常維護
Good command of MAZAK CNC working principles and operation
精通MAZAK數(shù)控加工中心的工作原理及操作方法
Proficient in writing PLC ladder diagrams for MAZAK CNC machine tool systems, proficient in operating AUTOCAD and PROTEL Draw schematic diagrams using relevant software
熟練完成MAZAK數(shù)控機床系統(tǒng)的PLC 梯形圖的編寫，熟練操作AUTOCAD，PROTEL
等相關(guān)軟件繪制原理圖
Familiar with Mitsubishi PLC and HMI working principles and operation
熟悉三菱PLC、觸摸屏的運用
Familiar with servo system, inverter, grating ruler working principles and operation
熟悉伺服系統(tǒng)、變頻器、安全光柵尺的運用及維護
Familiar with electrical common mechanical principles and trouble shooting for the components
熟悉常用電氣基本原理及元器件故障排除
Familiar with hydraulic and penumatic principle
熟悉液壓和氣動原理
Familiar with common component, and have ability for selection and making spare part. Have knowledge of acceptance and cost saving
熟悉常見品牌部件和備件的用途及性能，能夠進行合理的選型并制定和更新備件清單，掌握備件的驗收和備件成本的控制
