Responsibilities工作職責(zé)：

● Graphic Design: Responsible for graphic design tasks for branding, event, and product promotion, including but not limited to posters, VI design, single images, and creative production of promotional materials; 平面設(shè)計(jì)：負(fù)責(zé)公司品牌推廣、活動(dòng)推廣，產(chǎn)品推廣等的平面設(shè)計(jì)工作，包括但不限于海報(bào)、VI視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)、單圖等；
● Video Design: Create and produce engaging video content for platforms like WeChat Video Channel, TikTok, to enhance brand and product visibility; 視頻設(shè)計(jì)：負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)視頻內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)與制作，包括微信視頻號(hào)，抖音號(hào)內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作；
● Multimedia Design: Design and layout visual content for the company’s social media platforms (e.g. WeChat Official Account) to improve content appeal and communication impact; 多媒體設(shè)計(jì)：負(fù)責(zé)公司自媒體內(nèi)容（如微信公眾號(hào)）視覺(jué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)及排版，提升內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)力和傳播力；
● Project Management: Independently deliver creative design proposals based on marketing promotion request; oversee project progress to ensure high-quality and timely completion; 項(xiàng)目管理：根據(jù)市場(chǎng)，活動(dòng)，產(chǎn)品推廣需求，獨(dú)立完成設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意提案，跟進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，保證項(xiàng)目按時(shí)高質(zhì)量交付；

Requirements任職要求：

● Bachelor’s degree or above in Art, Design or related majors; relevant experience in branding or graphic design is preferred; 美術(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，有相關(guān)品牌/平面設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
● Strong market insight and branding awareness; highly creative with excellent aesthetic sense and a passion for innovative visual expression; 具備敏銳的洞察力和品牌思維。有豐富的創(chuàng)意能力和審美水平，愿意探索新穎的視覺(jué)表達(dá)方式；
● Proficient in mainstream graphic and video production software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.); practical experience in VIS design, brochures, and online visual content is a plus; 熟練掌握平面設(shè)計(jì)軟件及視頻制作軟件；有VI設(shè)計(jì)、宣傳冊(cè)、線上視覺(jué)內(nèi)容等實(shí)際落地作品優(yōu)先；
● Experience in new media content design (e.g. WeChat Official Account, Douyin/TikTok) is preferred; 對(duì)新媒體內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先（如微信公眾號(hào)、抖音等）；
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to manage projects independently. 有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能夠獨(dú)立推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目；
