Main responsibilities主要職責(zé):

According to the transformation and development requirements of different project equipments in the company, carry out electrical component selection, electrical schematic drawing, production process control flow chart, and complete PLC program modification、development、 other electrical related work根據(jù)廠內(nèi)不同項目設(shè)備的改造和開發(fā)需求，進行相關(guān)項目的電氣元件選型、電氣原理圖繪制，制作工藝控制流程圖、完成相應(yīng)的PLC程序修改、開發(fā)等電氣相關(guān)工作
Assist maintenance or production line personnel to complete PLC program maintenance of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in good production environment協(xié)助維護或產(chǎn)線人員完成設(shè)備的PLC程序維護工作，確保所有設(shè)備處于良好的生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)
Responsible for the compilation, organization, updating and archiving of equipment software and programs負責(zé)設(shè)備軟件和程序的編制，整理，更新，歸檔
Develop and improve relevant electrical standards (For example： PLC programs, HMI programs, robot programs, specification of electrical component standard and so on)制定和完善廠內(nèi)電氣方面的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如PLC程序，HMI程序，機器人程序，電氣元件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范等等）
Responsible for the preparation of relevant technical documentation負責(zé)相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔的編寫
overall testing, fault location and analysis and documentation整體測試、故障定位和分析及文檔發(fā)布

Qualification Requirement任職資格要求：

More than 5 years working experience about electrical control design in non-standard automation company 5年以上非標(biāo)自動化公司電氣控制設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
More than 3 year experiences in Siemens 300/1500 PLC programming and debugging 3年以上西門子300/1500 PLC編程以及調(diào)試經(jīng)驗
Be proficient in Siemens STL programming(MUST) 精通西門子語句表編程（必須）
Familiar with Eplan drawing software 精通Eplan繪圖軟件
Must have the ability to use English for technical communication必須具備通過英語進行技術(shù)交流的能力
Familiar with industrial robot programming and debugging, Epson, Yaskawa, at least familiar with a brand of robots 熟悉工業(yè)機器人編程以及調(diào)試，愛普生，安川，至少熟悉一種品牌的機器人
Familiar with stepping, writing and debugging of servo system熟悉步進，伺服系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用和調(diào)試
Experience in LabVIEW programming is preferred 有LabVIEW編程經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先
