Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth.
Our wealth management teams provide financial planning and advice and market insight and updates, as well as products in areas such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, who work to understand the financial needs of clients and create strategies to meet their objectives

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:



完成精確和有效的柜臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)并向客戶(hù)提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)；

通過(guò)提供一站式的柜臺(tái)服務(wù)建立并與客戶(hù)保持良好的關(guān)系；

獨(dú)立介紹并推廣產(chǎn)品給有需求的客戶(hù)；

報(bào)告客戶(hù)反饋和收集市場(chǎng)信息以尋求持續(xù)的客戶(hù)關(guān)系；

熟悉本地規(guī)章、規(guī)則和內(nèi)部指引，對(duì)任何可疑的洗錢(qián)活動(dòng)保持警惕并上報(bào)給監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)；

緊密聯(lián)系其他業(yè)務(wù)條線、企業(yè)內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門(mén)和同事。

Qualifications - External
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements：

本科或以上學(xué)歷(國(guó)家認(rèn)可)；

有強(qiáng)烈的工作責(zé)任感和優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力；

良好的溝通和客戶(hù)服務(wù)能力；

良好的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力；

細(xì)心、耐心，有親和力。
