職責(zé)描述：
Has basic knowledge of project requirement and scope 快速學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目所需基本知識(shí)
Can work with team to achieve both team and individual KPI requirement 與部門一起達(dá)成團(tuán)隊(duì)和個(gè)人績(jī)效目標(biāo)
Verify work on supporting files to all 3rd customer/ internal and external vendor / GL account / Hierarchy creation, change完成第三方客戶/關(guān)聯(lián)非關(guān)聯(lián)方供應(yīng)商/總賬科目/審批流的維護(hù)和查詢工作
Communicate with requestor for customer/vendor / GL / Hierarchy information核對(duì)第三方客戶/關(guān)聯(lián)非關(guān)聯(lián)方供應(yīng)商/總賬科目/審批流申請(qǐng)的資料
Maintenance MDM customer/vendor / GL, Hierarchy in WorkOn, APM and SSF tools 維護(hù)第三方客戶/關(guān)聯(lián)非關(guān)聯(lián)方供應(yīng)商/總賬科目的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)以及審批流主數(shù)據(jù)
Support to master data mitigating control monthly work 協(xié)助完成主數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)控工作
Support TL to develop and maintain automation tools 協(xié)助TL開發(fā)和維護(hù)自動(dòng)化工具
Complies with internal regulations and project specific procedures遵循內(nèi)部規(guī)則和項(xiàng)目特定地流程處理業(yè)務(wù)

任職要求：
Good communication skills 良好的溝通技能
Good understanding of SAP, good self-learning; SAP 基礎(chǔ)以及良好的自學(xué)能力
Fluent written and spoken skills in English 英語基本讀寫優(yōu)秀，能適應(yīng)英語工作環(huán)境
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other related office software; 會(huì)使用微軟軟件，excel, word等
Better have VBA or Python programming foundation；有VBA或Python的編程基礎(chǔ)
