Job Summary
As an AI algorithm engineers are responsible for the design and integration of algorithms for improving AI applications, to help clients or employers identify patterns or problems in data sets. They are also responsible for testing their algorithms against expectations, gauging technology and data efficiency to inform a company’s results.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support identification of AI use cases evaluating technical feasibility, data availability and general suitability of Machine learning or Deep learning algorithms
2. Hands-on implementation of Machine learning or Deep learning models in Python and C
3. Evaluate new approaches, particularly with regard to their suitability for use on an embedded platform, validate the performance of the algorithms you develop in offline test environments as well as in the vehicle.
4. Working with large, structured and unstructured data from different technological domains
5. As part of a cross-functional project team, you will be the contact person for customers and internal development partners and ensure the robustness and efficiency of the software intergration into OEM models
Technical Requirement (Skills/Experience/Education/Major)
Education: above-average Master's degree with technical/scientific specialization e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Vehicle Engineering and so on.

Personality and work style: team player, independent, pragmatic, analytical thinking, systematic and efficient approach, willing to learn and committed

Experience and Know-How:
1. profound knowledge in the fields of signal processing and machine learning, deep learning models(CNN, LSTM, Transformer, SVM, XGboost, KNN etc.)
2. practical experience with their implementation in one of the major machine learning frameworks Tensorflow or PyTorch
3. Knowledge in software design, clean code, cloud computing or embedded programming is desirable, Background in ADAS development domain is desirable
4. Team-oriented approach to work: used to documenting and presenting their work
Other Requirements (Language/Soft Skill/Behavior)
Domain Knowledge: Profound knowledge in the field of in software development with AI algorithms
Software language skill: Python language / C language
Languages: Good knowledge of English and German is preferable
